    The job:

    Motusi is seeking a manufacturing/project engineer to join this motivated and driven team.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Working collaboratively in an agile cross-functional team

    • Contributing to the design and development of new products and services

    • Be an outspoken, proactive champion of quality

    • Plan and manage development and manufacturing projects, communication, resource plans and processes

    • Develop and maintain manufacturing, production, and project schedules

    • Support world-wide contract manufacturing and production operations

    • Design, development, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes

    • Develop and maintain manufacturing operation standards and specifications

    • Analyze causes of manufacturing process and quality issues, develop enhancements, and implement approved actions to improve the processes

    • Research new manufacturing techniques and coordinate with vendors to validate them

    • Develop and implement cost-saving measures and quality control systems

    • Implement and maintain inventory control system

    • Define manufacturing product test strategy, create test plans, and work with manufacturing partners to implement

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

    • Work on a high functioning, fast paced team with ability to pivot dependent on market/technology demands

    To thrive in this role, the successful applicant will have the following skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent education and experience

    • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering preferred

    • Experience evaluating and troubleshooting manufacturing processes and machinery

    • Some experience with Rust, C, C++, JavaScript, or Python a plus

    • Proven experience troubleshooting and debugging complex system issues

    • Understanding of agile methodologies such as SCRUM and KANBAN and development life cycles

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Strong written and verbal skills

    Motusi is seeking a full stack developer experienced with React Native mobile app development and AWS. In this role you will be responsible for expanding the capabilities of our innovative Mobile application and backend services.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Work with our team to Architect, design, and build new features on our platform.

    • Help us to improve our SDLC

    • Help us grow a small team that can reliably deliver quality software

    • Design and manage sprints, groom backlogs, and weekly delivery with demos.

    • Work with modern tools including Jira, Slack, GitHub, Google Docs, etc.

    • Write Code

    • Write Unit and Integration tests.

    • Release Applications through the Apple and Google Stores

    To thrive in this role, the successful applicant will have the following skills:

    • 4+ years of professional software development experience.

    • React Native

    • AWS

    • IoS development and deployment

    • Data Visualization

    • Javascript/node

    • Experience shipping production software

    • Ability to take ownership of your work

    • Understanding of industry software engineering standards and practices

    • Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of React Native applications.

    • Positive mindset

    • Desire to learn and share knowledge

    Nice to Have:

    • Understanding of human movement - kinetics/kinematics and basic physics

    • Unity development

    • Some level of experience with AI/ML

    • Python
